The variety
A distinctive Tunisian olive variety.
Chetoui is one of Tunisia's principal varieties, associated with the country's northern groves — where VAGA TERRA's grove lies. Khalil chose it as the best suited to his land.
This bottle is a single variety: 100% Chetoui, unblended, so the character of Chetoui reads clearly.
